At Arwah Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing orders for perfumes, bakhoor, incense sticks, shower gels and fragrance products.
Replacement Eligibility
We only provide replacements for damaged, leaked, broken or incorrect products received by the customer.
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must remain unused and in original packaging
- Customers must provide proper proof of damage
- Replacement approval depends on verification process
Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement claims.
- Video must clearly show sealed package opening
- Entire package opening process should be recorded continuously
- Damaged products must be visible in the video
- Claims without unboxing proof may not be accepted
Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of fragrance products, certain items may not be eligible for refunds or returns.
- Used or opened products cannot be returned
- Custom perfumes and personalized products are non-refundable
- Fragrance preference differences are not considered defects
- Minor packaging variations may naturally occur
